Safety and Compliance

The LED driver UE020LCP1 is designed to take “Indoor LED Practical Applications” as its core philosophy by Quankang’s engineers. This model has been developed in strict compliance with the IEC/EN 61347 lighting power supply safety system, and also meets the requirement of many other certifications like UL8750 for America, EN61347 of TUV.

UE020LCP1 is equipped with several types of protection,short circuit,over current,IP20 and fire-proof housing,just to ensure even under high load or abnormal usage conditions, risks can still be effectively controlled.Each unit undergoes rigorous testing before leaving the factory to ensure long-term reliability.And also to ensure them stable, efficient, and safe operation when used with LED lights.

Power supply capacity

The UE020LCP1 employs a constant-voltage output architecture, covering a multi-step voltage range from 9V to 24V to accommodate diverse application requirements ranging from low-power modules to medium-power lighting fixtures.

To ensure the LED driver could have a high performance under actual operating conditions,Quankang’s engineers maintain the driver’s voltage accuracy within ±5%–6% and keep low ripple below 240mV. What’s more, the UE020LCP1 is designed to be able to work stably under a wide voltage input range from 90–264VAC.

The no-load power consumption of UE020LCP1 is under ≤0.3W,so it could meet the requirements of EU 2019/1782 implementing Directive 2009/125/EC,and have the quality to fulfil long-term stable operation.

Structure and Practicality

In human-machine structural design,the UE020LCP1 used the compact structure, 100×47×38.5mm with the weight of 150g,which will never place a burden on the lighting fixtures.What’s more ,it has IP20 that makes it suitable for use in the vast majority of lighting fixture environments.

The AC/DC plugs and DC cables of UE020LCP1 are available for customization,you can have America plugs ,braided DC cable and USB Type-C for portable LED lights,or Europe plugs, thin round DC cable + 5.5-series DC plug for an elegant European-style pendant lamp.
