At Quankang, we take pride in our state-of-the-art production facilities that support high-volume and high-precision manufacturing. Our factory is equipped with fully automated SMT production lines, high-efficiency soldering stations, and assembly lines optimized for safety and productivity. This infrastructure enables us to deliver consistent quality in every adapter we produce.

To ensure product reliability and compliance with global standards, we have established a complete in-house testing system. Our equipment includes aging test chambers, high-voltage insulation testers, load testers, and EMC test environments, allowing us to perform strict functional and endurance evaluations before shipment.

We have 966 anechoic chambers and 843 conduction laboratories that meet international standards, equipped with a full set of imported R&S certified equipment to ensure the compatibility of your products in electromagnetic environments. We have completed benchmarking with Huawei, Dongguan Quality Supervision Bureau, and Shenzhen Metrology Institute, and have industry-leading technical levels. Quality Assurance

DQA Verification: Reliable Power from Design to Delivery

We strictly follow the principle of separation of design and verification. At the beginning of new product development, the DQA verification center affiliated with the quality department conducts independent product verification to ensure the R&D design quality of the power supply from the design source. Quankang has an independent system, which can realize EVT, DVT, and PVT testing at different stages of product development.
