As the moon grows fuller, may our hearts draw closer. Looking back on this year’s Mid-Autumn Festival, we held a Mid-Autumn Festival event within the factory campus, with all employees participating.
The event was bustling with activity, with employees lining up to play various games at the booths to win prizes. We prepared a game area with six carefully designed themes: classic games like lantern riddles and sandbag tossing, incorporating traditional folk customs like Cuju and Bo Bing (a card game), and adding trendy experiences like curling and Frisbee. This fun fusion of tradition and modernity drew crowds of eager employees to each game booth.
In addition, the stage was bustling with activity, with a cultural evening meticulously organized by the Federation of Trade Unions taking place simultaneously. The soft lighting of the stage created a rich atmosphere, with songs, situational recitations, and skits taking turns. Many employees stopped to watch between tours, some enjoying their newly purchased snacks while enjoying the show, while others hummed along to the melodies. The frequent interaction on and off the stage brought the festive atmosphere to a new climax.
This year’s Mid-Autumn Festival activities were very successful. It was not only a show of humanistic care, but also promoted employees’ feelings towards the company and helped them contribute to the company’s future.
