On the evening of July 23, 2024, the company held a mobilization meeting with the theme of "Strengthening the foundation and innovating to move forward steadily". The meeting was hosted by Deputy General Manager Mr. Liu Dawen, and the company's chairman, vice chairman, and core OKR backbone personnel from various departments participated.
The first agenda of the meeting was empowerment by General Manager Liu. From a forward-looking perspective, he shared his deep thoughts and insights over the past six months with the core backbones present, focusing on the company's operating performance in the first half of the year, and conducted analysis. General Manager Liu first affirmed the efforts of the core backbones of each OKR in the first half of the year, and described the relevant experience and concepts with the example of McKinsey's management practice. In comparison with the first half of the year, he emphasized the important role of the core backbones. We must simultaneously recognize the process and purpose of the organization, so as to lead the team to help the company create value and gain advantages and profits in the competition. He also empowered them on how to do valuable work and what leaders should do. As managers, they should clarify management goals, set standards, build models, solve problems, use the OKR system to define the policy of business goals, compare the results of execution with the goals, find gaps, and discover problems. Finally, Mr. Liu analyzed the overall data of the company in the first half of the year and emphasized the importance of consolidating the foundation. All departments should think about consolidating the foundation and innovating in the second half of the year, and think about which costs still have room for reduction. They need to continuously optimize, find problems and solve them. As long as everyone makes an effort and achieves progress, it will be of great help to the company's profitability. The second agenda of the meeting was a mobilization speech by Ms. Li Xiaojun, Vice Chairman of the Company. She shared the employment costs and meeting costs of the employing department and the recruitment team as examples. Ms. Li emphasized the key work requirements and goals for the second half of the year: improving organizational operational efficiency and improving organizational coordination capabilities. She called on all core personnel to work efficiently, think about what is the most beneficial to the organization, what can be improved and improved, fully mobilize the work enthusiasm of department members, explore everyone's potential, create the greatest value for the organization, unite all forces that can be united, complement each other's advantages, and give full play to the powerful strength of the team.
